The event will be held in Tipperary Institute's new Conference Centre on the Thurles Campus.

Tipperary Institute is one of Ireland's newest Higher Education organisations with ambitious plans for delivering education over the Internet. We are very pleased with the opportunity to host our Conference using their state-of-the-art facility.

Delegates should make their own travel arrangements to Thurles, but transfers to and from Thurles and the Conference venue will be provided by HEAnet.

TRAIN SERVICE - IARNROD EIREANN

Fares: IR£21 one way / IR£23 return .
Trains to Thurles depart frequently from Dublin Heuston Station.

BUS SERVICES - Bernard Kavanagh Coaches

Fare: IR£5.50 each way (Tickets can be purchased on the coach).
Coach departs once a day at 18:00 hrs outside Burger King on O'Connell Street and once a day at 8:50 hrs outside the Arch Bar, Thurles.

DIRECTIONS FROM THURLES

Tipperary Institute - Take the Nenagh Road out of Thurles town, cross over the railway bridge and continue straight. You will come to a large roundabout - the Institute is a large white building facing you on the opposite side of the roundabout. Parking is available in the adjoining car park.

Anner Hotel - Take the Dublin Road out of Thurles. The Anner Hotel is just outside the town centre on your right hand side.

Horse & Jockey Inn - Take the Cashel Road out of Thurles. Continue straight until you come to a T-Junction. The Horse & Jockey Inn is situated directly across the road (you will need to turn right onto the main road to gain access to the car park)

Dundrum House - Take the Holy Cross road from Thurles (follow signs for the R661 or R660). Once you reach Holy Cross, follow signs for the R661 (Clonoulty / Dundrum). As you approach Dundrum you will pass a plant nursery on your left. At the next crossroads turn left (heading towards Cashel) - this will take you directly to Dundrum House.
