Terms & Conditions

The Conference is targeted at senior networking, computing and information services personnel within member institutions, and others with an interest in HEAnet's broadband networking services.
Please note that early booking is essential as places will be limited, also registration and accommodation will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Cancellations received after October 6th, 2003 will not be refundable.

2.- Accommodation

The Conference will be held at the Ormonde Hotel in Kilkenny, where we have reserved rooms for our delegates. Accommodation will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Once our allocation has been filled in the Ormonde Hotel, delegates will be accommodated in the Hibernian Hotel that is adjacent to the Ormonde Hotel.
