 Dublin to Athlone:By Car: Start out in Dublin City Centre, at Junction 58 continue forward onto Crumlin (R110), turn left, turn left again onto Parnell Road (R111). At Junction 58 continue onto Dolphin road (R111- signposted N3, N4). At Junction 63 turn left onto Con Colbert Road (N4 – signposted N4-N7) (M50). At the roundabout take the second exit onto the N4 (signposted The West), continue forward onto the Motorway M4. At the end of the Motorway continue onto the N4. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the N4 (signposted Sligo), continue forward onto the N4, entering Clonard. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N6 (signposted Galway) entering Kinnegad. Continue forward onto the N6, entering Milltownpass, Moyally. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N6 (signposted Galway), continue forward on N6, entering Athlone. Branch left (signposted Athlone, Cavan), the turn left onto the N55. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted Athlone) then you will meet another roundabout, take the 2nd exit, turn right onto the R446 and arrive at Athlone, Westmeath. Follow the main street onto the town centre and take the first right at traffic lights, Radisson SAS Hotel is on the left. By Train: Log onto www.irishrail.ie for train timetables. Cork to Athlone: By Car: At Airport Road Roundabout take the first exit into the N27 (signposted Cork), continue forward onto the N27. At Kinsale Road Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto South City Link Road N27, bear left onto Pencross Quay N8. continue forward onto Latvitts Quay N20, at traffic lights branch left onto the N20 (signposted Limerick). Continue forward onto the N20, entering Rathduff, Mallow, at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N20 (signposted Limerick). At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N20, continue forward onto the N20, entering New Twopothouse. Turn left, then merge onto the N20 (signposted Dublin), bear left onto the N20, entering Limerick. At the rounabout take the 2nd exit onto the N7 (signposted Dublin) and again at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N7 (signposted Dublin). Continue forward onto the N7, entering Lisnargy, Birdhill and Carrigatoher. Branch left (signposted Nenagh, Borrisokane), then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N52 (signposted Nenagh, Borrisokane). At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N52 (signposted Birr, Borrisokane), at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N52 (signposted Birr, Borrisokane), at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N52 and at the following roundabout take the 1st exit onto N52 (signposted Birr, Borrisokane). Continue forward onto the N52, entering Carrig, Riverstown, Birr, turn let onto the N62 (signposted Athlone). Continue forward onto the N62, entering Cloghan. At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N62 (signposted Athlone), continue forward onto the N62, entering Ferbane. Continue forward onto the N62 (SIGNPOSTED Athlone) entering Doon. At the crossroads continue forward onto the N62 (signposted Athlone), continue onto the N62. Turn left onto the N6, at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N6 (signposted Galway), continue forward onto the N6, entering Athlone. Branch left (signposted Athlone, Cavan), then turn left onto the N55. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted Athlone) and again at he next roundabout take the 2nd exit, turn right onto R446 and arrive at Athlone, Westmeath. Four trains leave Cork (change at Portarlington) to Athlone daily. It is a five minute walk from the Train Station to the Radisson SAS, Athlone. By Car: Leave Galway city follow signs to Dublin. At the first roundabout take the 4th exit onto Moneenageisha Road – R338 (signposted Dublin), at the following roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Dublin Road R338 (signposted Dublin). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Dublin Road R338 (signposted Dublin, Limerick). Turn left and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N6 (signposted Dublin). Bear left onto the N6, entering Oranmore, at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N6 (signposted Dublin). At the following roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N6 (signposted Dublin), continue forward onto the N6, entering Craughwell. Continue forward onto the N6 (signposted Athlone, Dublin), entering Kilrickle, Aughrim, Crannagh, Athlone. Continue forward onto the Athlone Bypass (signposted Dublin), branch left (signposted Athlone, Roscommon), then merge onto unnamed road. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N61 (signposted Athlone), turn left onto the R446. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the R446, arrive at Athlone, Westmeath.
