There are 3 main drivers as to how this service is directed.

• HEAnet clients make requests for specific products by clicking here
• Agreements are sought from suppliers with products used across HEAnet clients.
• Suppliers approach HEAnet. When firm offers are made, these are published to our clients. (see attachment below)

The key to the success of this service is taking the combined purchasing power of our client base and leveraging the resulting economies of scale.
