Contracts Management is a service provided through HEAnet to offer best value for HEAnet clients when it comes to purchasing ICT services and products.

There are 3 main drivers as to how this service is directed.

HEAnet clients make requests for specific products
Agreements are sought from suppliers with products used across HEAnet clients.
Suppliers approach HEAnet. When firm offers are made, these are publish to our clients.

The key to the sucess of this service is taking the combined purchasing power of our client base and leveraging the resulting economies of scale.
