Client Requirements Workshop #2

Follow through on the Jan ’11 workshop to design a new Client Requirements Process to enable HEAnet to build a pipeline of work in the coming years. This is not an event to address specific ideas, but more to deal with how we can capture, evaluate and address them over the coming years. The scope of this event will be about presenting a revised Process model, and testing it to determine that is robust. The intention would be that the process would be implemented by the end of the year. Furthermore it also sets out to be a forum to share ideas on the best practice in this area - as we are all faced with addressing our own clients’ needs.
