This is a HEAnet framework available to HEAnet, its member institutions and consumers of its services.
Products Available under Framework
This is a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework covering the supply of cloud-based software solutions which support ITIL aligned ITSM processes in the delivery of services. The suppliers on the framework are EY (fka Client Solutions), iService Solutions, Ivanti, Unifii and Xcession.
Expiry
The framework will expire on 10 January 2025.
