All reasonable endeavours will be made to hold the conference and to present the published programme as scheduled in a way that assures the comfort and safety of all participants. We will be adhering to any Government guidelines which are in place at the time of the HEAnet 2022 Conference. As we get nearer to the date, we may be required to put additional measures in place and/or adapt the meeting programme and its delivery. Any such measures will be communicated as and when necessary and attendees will be informed of the options available to them.

Social distancing and mask-wearing
Social distancing and mask-wearing are no longer formal requirements at events. HEAnet Conference team encourages you to do what you feel most comfortable with and respect the decisions of other delegates.
In line with the latest regulations, there is no longer a requirement for limiting the capacity at events.
Prior to your arrival

If you test positive for Covid-19 before the conference
If you test positive for Covid-19 on the lead-up to the event and can no longer attend, please inform us by emailing email@example.com.
If you are feeling unwell during the conference
If a delegate attending the conference feels unwell during the conference, we will ask that you stay in your room and call the Hotel Reception team. If your symptoms are Covid-19 related, the reception team will advise you on the next steps.
