Point-to-Point links can be smoothly rolled out for clients, depending on end point locations, third parties and available resources.

HEAnet also has the ability to manage existing Point-to-Point connections and re-configure them as necessary. This flexibility underlines the client- focussed nature of HEAnet’s ever-evolving network.

The HEAnet NOC operates on a 24/7 basis for Priority 1 faults. A priority 1 fault counts as loss of service.
