HEAnet Office Closure & NOC Support Period
The Christmas freeze and office opening hours were announced on the 1st December to the HEAnet-Faults mailing list. Any updates to this ticket, ID 1953699 will be sent to that list.
To maximise service stability and ensure a trouble-free holiday period for our clients and our staff:
a change freeze is in place for all HEAnet services from 9 am on Friday, 18th December until 9 am on Monday, 4th January 2021
HEAnet's offices will be closed from 5:30 pm on Tuesday, 22 December 2020 until 9 am on Monday, 4th January 2021
24/7 cover will be available, with standard restrictions, until 9 am on Monday, 4th January 2021. Our on-call engineers can be reached on 01 660 9040
During this period, there will be no scheduled maintenance on HEAnet networks, applications or service infrastructure. Corrective actions and emergency maintenance will still be available should the need arise.
