New Service Proposals
Common Repeatable and Shareable solutions

HEAnet welcomes all proposals for new services, as part of our ongoing services development.

Our two-step assessment process ensures that all proposed services meet a set of key requirements e.g. strategic fit, sufficient client demand, financial sustainability, resourcing and skillsets, a common, repeatable and shareable solution.

Meet the SME (Subject Matter Expert) 23rd May 2019

On Thursday 23^rd of May we held our first ‘Meet the SME’ event of 2019, in our offices at 5 Georges Dock.

This was an interactive event which provided clients an opportunity to meet face-to-face with a number of HEAnet Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and have any questions about our services, answered.

HEAnet National Conference 2019 - Call for Papers

The Call for Papers for this year’s conference is currently open for submissions until 18:00 on the 28th June 2019 https://conferences.heanet.ie/2019/submit

HEAnet Client Survey 2019

Thank you for taking the time to complete this years client survey. The survey sought your feedback on our current services with a view to identifying new service offerings to meet your future needs.

The results of this survey will inform our decision making regarding service development and will have an input into our strategic planning over the coming years.

As an incentive to complete the survey, we offered a complimentary registration to two lucky respondents to attend HEAnet's National Conference, taking place in the Galmont Hotel, Galway from the 13th to the 15th November. I am pleased to announce that the two lucky winners were from ESRI and TU Dublin (Tallaght) Campus.
