HEAnet Office Closure & NOC Support Period
In order to maximise service stability and ensure a trouble-free Christmas & New Year's period for our clients and our NOC, a change freeze will be in place for all HEAnet services from 09:00 Friday 18th December 2021 until 09:00 Tuesday 4th January 2022. Emergency work to remediate an issue is possible under heightened change control procedures.
HEAnet's offices will be open as normal until 17:30 on Wednesday 22nd December 2021, and 24/7 cover will be available, with standard restrictions, until 09:00 on Tuesday 4th January 2022. If you need to contact the NOC during this time, please call 01 6609040.
