This is a Chest agreement available to universities and colleges of further education.
Products Available Under Agreement
This is a preferential pricing agreement with Eduface. Eduface gives students high-quality feedback on writing assignments and grades open-ended exam questions, with 94% consistency. Setting up Eduface for a course takes three inputs from the lecturer:
- The assessment brief: the assignment description with learning objectives, context, subject and requirements.
- The rubric: the scoring criteria and performance levels. If no rubric exists, Eduface generates one automatically.
- Feedback instructions: the lecturer sets how feedback should be framed for that assignment.
Once set up, students submit their assignment as normal. Eduface generates feedback, which can be delivered to the student instantly or after the lecturer reviews and approves it. Grades and feedback sync back automatically to the LMS/VLE.
Eduface runs on its own standalone model, not an API from OpenAI, Anthropic or other foundation models. We built a database of academic papers, peer-reviewed articles and publications, and trained the model on that subject-specific knowledge.
Expiry
The agreement will expire on 31 May 2028.
