This is a HEAnet brokered agreement available to HEAnet, its member institutes and consumers of its services.

Products Available under Agreement

This agreement is with Microsoft for Premier Support which gives education clients direct access to Microsoft technicians.


The agreement will expire on 30 December 2021. The service agreement runs on a calendar year basis. Any clients who sign up during the year will receive pro-rata pricing.

The agreement is between Microsoft and HEAnet which allows us to pro-actively swap credits between client users.
