This is a HEAnet brokered agreement available to HEAnet, its member institutions and consumers of its services.
Products Available under Agreement
This agreement is with Microsoft for Premier Support. Microsoft Premier Support gives education clients direct access to Microsoft technicians. The agreement is between Microsoft and HEAnet which allows us to pro-actively swap credits between client users.
The service agreement runs on a calendar year basis. Any clients who sign up during the year will receive pro-rata pricing. The agreement will expire on 31 December 2020.
