Communicating IT in UCC: Challenges and Opportunities ▶
Effective Communication of IT is often challenging due to the diversity of the University community, the complexity of technology and the pace of change. While IT professionals are busy building solutions to meet the needs of a university, effective communication can sometimes be a blind spot. In UCC, we recognised the need to ensure the UCC community could understand and utilise the IT Services available to them. Adopting a communication strategy has removed some of the communication barriers and is enabling UCC staff and students to utilise the IT services at their disposal.
