Eligibility
This is a HEAnet framework available to HEAnet, its member institutes and consumers of its services.
Products Available Under Framework
This is a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the provision of telephony products and associated services which will include hardware and software for hosted/cloud-based PBX solutions, fixed line voice services and unified communications with integration to Microsoft Teams.
There are nine lots and four suppliers on this framework. The suppliers on the framework are Telcom, Conversation Piece, Damovo, DigitalWell and PFH Technology.
Expiry
The framework will expire on 28 February 2027.
