The ICT Security Services (ICTSS) Team was formed in 2017. The objective is to provide a standardised set of core security services which are common to all clients.  These services are provided by the ICT Security Services team at HEAnet to augment the Institutions IT Department resources, whilst using a suite of services which are common, sharable and repeatable across HEAnet clients.  

The services we provide include Policy Review / Development, Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Scanning, Phishing Simulation, Security Awareness Training , Security and Risk Assessment.
