Conal Henry
CEO, E|Net
Conal Henry joined e|net as Chief Executive Officer in 2006. He has overall responsibility for the company, Ireland’s largest open access network operator and the company managing 94 Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs) on behalf of the State. Conal is currently on Minister Pat Rabbitte’s Next Generation Broadband Taskforce.
Conal has a proven executive management track record and experience of driving sales growth in the telecoms industry, having previously been Managing Director of Energis where he led the organisation through financial turnaround culminating in acquisition by Cable & Wireless. Conal has also held senior positions in Ryanair, Procter & Gamble, Asda Stores, as well as First Active.
He has a degree in law from Queen’s University, Belfast and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
