Daryl Feehely

Web Development Specialist, DCU

Following the completion of a first class honors BSc Degree in Computer Systems in the University of Limerick in 2003, Daryl entered the software industry and developed diverse career experience in a variety of roles, ranging from software engineering positions in telecommunications companies like Tellabs and Nortel to web development and project management positions in SME companies, startups and public sector institutions. He is currently the Web Development Specialist in the Information Systems & Services Department of Dublin City University where he manages the delivery of the university’s web systems. He is also currently undertaking an MSc by Research in the Interaction Design Centre in the Department of Computer Science & Information Systems in the University of Limerick. His research is in the field of information delivery using mobile technology and focuses in particular on the analysis of lightweight, self-contained, low-fidelity indoor mapping solutions.
