Peter Hendrick

Technical Director, Airspeed Telecom

Peter Hendrick joined AirSpeed Telecom as Technical Director in 2006. Peter has led the development of AirSpeed Telecom’s network into a world class communications network through excellence in design and innovation, leading edge hardware and software deployments and training the technical team to the standard where they are recognised among peers as the best in the business. Under Peter’s directorship, AirSpeed Telecom has achieved a number of ‘firsts’ for wireless technology in Ireland (including Adaptive Modulation and delivery of multi-Gigabit services over licensed wireless) , implemetation of a state of the art NOC in Citywest and delivery of enhanced services to AirSpeed’s customers.

Peter is a qualified Electronic Engineer and has worked for a number of years as an External Examiner for Electronic Engineering at DIT. He previously worked for Siemens where he had responsibility for a number of mobile operators and other telecommunications service providers.
