Eligibility
This is an Asiera Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) available to Asiera, its member institutions and consumers of its services.
Products Available under DPS
This DPS is for the provision of Enterprise Service Management Solutions and Associated Services. The lots are as follows:
- Lot 1 – Freshworks ESM solution or equivalent and associated services
- Lot 2 – Ivanti ESM solution or equivalent and associated services
- Lot 3 – Jira ESM solution or equivalent and associated services
- Lot 4 – ManageEngine ESM solution or equivalent and associated services
- Lot 5 – ServiceNow ESM solution or equivalent and associated services
- Lot 6 – TOPdesk ESM solution or equivalent and associated services
- Lot 7 – Zendesk ESM solution or equivalent and associated services
- Lot A – Any ESM solution and associated services
Expiry
The DPS will expire on 08 December 2029.
