Eligibility
This is an Asiera brokered agreement available to Asiera, its member institutes and consumers of its services.
Products Available under Agreement
This agreement is with Microsoft for Unified Support which gives education clients direct access to Microsoft technicians.
Expiry
The agreement will expire on 30 December 2026. The service agreement runs on a calendar year basis. Any clients who sign up during the year will receive pro-rata pricing.
