We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for the HEAnet Conference 2025, taking place this November in the stunning town of Killarney, Ireland.
Now firmly established as one of Ireland’s premier events in the education and research landscape, each year, it brings together a community committed to advancing education and research.
The 2024 event was a major success, welcoming over 430 delegates from across the sector. Attendees included ICT directors and managers, research professionals, librarians, cybersecurity experts, policymakers, and many others working to support and develop the education and research ecosystem.
The 2025 conference is expected to be even bigger and more impactful. Early expressions of interest already suggest increased attendance, showing the continued importance and value of this event within the education and research community.
The 2025 programme promises to be particularly compelling, featuring a broad range of sessions covering digital learning advancements, emerging technologies, future-proofing educational infrastructure, higher education IT governance, real-world applications and client case studies, artificial intelligence developments, cybersecurity strategies and many more.

Following the success of our Early Bird Registration offer in 2024, we are pleased to reintroduce this benefit for 2025 with the following structure:
- €725.00 – Early Bird Registration (Available from 5 June to 1 September)
- €775.00 – Standard Registration (Available from 2 September to 10 October)
- €825.00 – Late Registration (Available from 11 October to 4 November)
